Privacy Notice for the Website Project Brief

This Notice explains how WebGrowly LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, handles information you enter in this website project brief (the “Form”).

Your draft stays in this tab while you work, and your photo is uploaded privately. After you submit, we store your full brief, photo and consent records on our server, then automatically email a copy to our team through Resend. Closing this page does not cancel or erase an accepted brief.

Information you provide

The Form requests details about your professional profile, brand, market, results, digital presence, and one source photo so we can evaluate and prepare your personalized real estate website and brand assets.

  • Fields marked with an asterisk are required to reach the review step.
  • Social profiles, optional metrics and MLS/IDX information may be left blank if they are not yet available.

How Form data is handled

While you complete the Form, your text draft and private photo reference are saved in this tab’s session storage. Drafts can be restored for up to 24 hours after the last save. Closing the tab normally clears this storage, although a browser may restore a previous session.

Your photo is uploaded to private storage and verified before submission. When you submit and receive an acceptance reference, WebGrowly saves the complete brief, verified photo reference, language, acceptance time, photo permissions and final confirmations on its server. A notification task is saved at the same time. Email or file-generation failures do not erase this accepted record.

JSON, PDF and the notification email are generated from the same saved version. Resend sends the notification to WebGrowly’s support team automatically. You do not need to send an email yourself. Your browser keeps a confirmation for this session, with private copy downloads available for 24 hours after acceptance; expiry does not delete the server record.

We review accepted briefs and their related files after 12 months and retain them only while needed for the project, follow-up or applicable obligations. Deletion is reviewed rather than triggered automatically by closing the Form. Unused photo uploads are reviewed separately so that accepted photos are protected.

  • Before submission, you can replace your photo and revise your answers. After acceptance, contact support@webgrowly.com with your reference to request a correction or copy.
  • Clearing a browser draft or starting a new brief does not delete an accepted brief or its photo.
  • Your theme preference may be stored in browser local storage and your language preference in a cookie.

Your choices and rights

Before submitting, you can review your answers, clear the local draft or close the tab. A photo already uploaded is handled separately in private storage. After acceptance, closing the tab does not withdraw the saved brief. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, or object to certain processing. Send requests to privacy@webgrowly.com.

How submitted information is used

WebGrowly uses submitted information to evaluate, design, and configure your website, brand assets, and initial WebGrowly OS account. If you choose professional AI headshot creation, the source photo is also used for that requested image transformation. We do not sell Form responses or use them for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or AI-model training.

Analytics

This page uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page views and related technical information such as URL, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies or collect personal identifiers for cross-site tracking.

  • No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, or remarketing tools are used.

Service providers

Vercel Inc. provides hosting, scheduled processing and Web Analytics. Supabase provides private storage and database services for accepted briefs, photos, consent records, generated files and delivery tasks. Resend sends the brief and attachments to WebGrowly’s support address and supplies delivery events. WebGrowly’s mailbox provider stores received notifications. Sentry helps diagnose technical errors.
